Spring

Spring is a fantastic time to visit coastal Georgia.  Mild temperatures and blooming azaleas make it perfect for outdoor activities. 

Pros: -Mild temps -Low humidity -Minimal mosquitos and gnats Cons: -Can be crowded, especially during spring break -Occasional rainfall

Summer

Summer brings warm weather and plenty of sunshine to coastal Georgia.  It's the perfect time for beach activities and water sports.

Pros: -Warm temps -Ocean water is comfortably warm -Lots of activities up and down the coast Cons: -Temps can be downright HOT -Bigger crowds -Lots of bugs -Occasional thunderstorms

Fall

Fall offers pleasant temperatures and fewer crowds in coastal Georgia.  It's a great time for outdoor activities and festivals.

Pros: -Pleasant temperatures -Low humidity -Moderate crowds -Ocean water is still warm Cons: -Occasional thunderstorms

Winter

Winter in coastal Georgia is mild and perfect for exploring historic sites and indoor attractions.  Enjoy fewer crowds and lower prices during this season.

Pros: -Mild temperatures -Low humidity -The gnats and mosquitos are gone! -Low crowds -Low prices Cons: -Too chilly to get in the water -Occasional cold snaps
